This email, highlighting the company’s most popular special occasion dresses, had one of the highest click rates in the month of October. Pnina Tornai Partnership

The company partnered with globally known dress designer, Pnina Tornai, and I was asked to create several emails promoting her new collection. In the example shown here, I chose to emphasize the variety of luxurious fabrics using editorial images provided by the designer. I also included personal quotes from the designer herself to highlight the high quality and inspiration for her new product line.

New Color Debut

Here I used a combination of editorial images, product images, and swatch palettes to showcase two new dress colors that launched in the month of July. GIFs were added to feature a variety of the most popular styles and sizes. I also created a floral and leaf background to reflect the overall vibe of the new colors. Note the banner at the bottom which drives customers to the Style Gallery (a page that I maintain on the company website), where images of real weddings can be viewed.

The One-Stop Shop

This email, sent at the height of the COVID quarantine, features a full range of product categories for small, intimate weddings. I used a variety of frame shapes and styles for the different images to enhance the design. Note how the copy acts as one continuing sentence spread across each segment of the email as you scroll through.

Fall Welcome

To capture the attention of customers, I used polaroid-style picture frames that highlight wedding images from real brides and bridesmaids. Each of the company’s best sellers is then featured in a circular frame along with the name, price, and compelling copy beside it. I chose the colors and background design to reflect the fall season.

Winter Wonderland

To capture the festive aesthetic of winter, I make use of stylized fonts and snowflakes throughout the backdrop of this email. The design includes a GIF of real wedding photos and an image collage of accessories. The company’s most popular bridal gown is also featured, using a frame with excerpts of customer reviews.
